Tiger does not act as agents for any other companies. So it's vital for our business that our properties are presented to you in the best possible condition. Our own maintenance team ensure that this is always the case. We also use more specialised maintenance staff like Gas Safe registered plumbers and NICEIC or NAPIT registered electricians. Tiger will always try to give prior notification to tenants wherever possible, and maintenance issues can be reported to us via email or by popping into to our Didsbury office.​

24hr Emergency Helpline  07393 457660

We provide a 24 hr Emergency Helpline. An emergency is classed as anything that is life threatening or too dangerous to be left and reported the next day. We always have one of our maintenance staff on call, so should an emergency arise, they'll attend promptly.

If a student locks themselves out of their room/house or loses their keys, a member of the maintenance team will attend. However, if this is outside of office hours there will be a £40 + vat call out charge, payable to the member of staff who attends. Obviously, we will not leave students locked outside of their house, but please be aware that this charge is applicable outside of office hours.
